He did extend this privilege to one of his employees who was shot to death with a handgun to determine the actual shooter He argued vigorously against a death inquest for Natasha in court. Noel Waters made it his mission to block an inquest. If a death inquest had been held shortly after her death, the chance of solving her case would be greatly increased. Many of her associates have moved away, memories have faded, and evidence have not been preserved. The day she died, she was hiding from her assailant. She sustained blunt force trauma to her head.
